All services booked by you through online will be served out within 2days from the date of booking. Any change in the booking will be informed prior to the customer through mail or phone by Aarthi Scans. If the customer could not able on come on allotted day (appointment date) he/she should to inform in advance to Aarthi Scans, so that next appointment time and date will be fixed by the Aarthi Scans. Aarthi Scans will detect 20% of the service booking cost at the time of Cancellation.

Refund Policy:
If the customer could not able to come on allotted day (appointment date) – OFFER PERIOD he/she should to inform in advance to Aarthi Scans, so that next appointment time and date will be fixed by the Aarthi Scans. Aarthi Scans will detect 20% of the service booking cost at the time of Cancellation. Refund will be given only to the Credit / Debit card on which the card holder done the transaction. 
 

TERMS:

Payment
All services booked are subject to the approval & confirmation of your credit card. In case if you are fail to pay for a service duly made, the payment may be taken from the recipient after due notice to you. Further any attempted & failed delivery due to wrong address may be charged.

Delivery time
In case of any Service delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be served at the next available date with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect.
